CFAO Mobility Zambia proudly operates an in-house awards program known as Toyota Customer Delight. This program involves soliciting feedback from customers on the quality of service provided by Toyota sales consultants. Subsequently, team leaders nominate exemplary individuals, whose names are then subjected to a voting process. Following the votes, sales consultants with the highest scores are honored with a luxurious dinner experience, courtesy of CFAO Mobility Zambia, at the restaurant of their choice.
