Mfuya joined CFAO Mobility under the Toyota division in 2002 as the Information Systems Manager, bringing expertise from his previous role at Lonrho Group. His early achievements included transforming the company’s IT infrastructure, significantly improving operational efficiency. His outstanding contributions earned him the prestigious Discovery Award as the best IT Manager among Toyota Tsusho Corporation’s African distributors, an early testament to his leadership potential.
In 2005, Mfuya made a bold career shift, moving into Sales and Marketing as the New Vehicle Sales Manager.
