Toyota Zambia is keen to serve its customers with a postive lasting experience by creating programs (internal and external) which aim at communicating, educating and informing them with regards to our products and services. Retention activities and actions are generated simply to retain as many customers as possible, often through customer loyalty and brand loyalty initiatives such as Toyota App creation.
Today we were graced by a customer whose been with us for over fourteen years. Yes, Mr. F. Lupindula has been a Toyota Zambia customer for fourteen years and has expressed his deep appreciation of how consistent and reliable Toyota Brand is. It is incredible how his seen the Brand evolve over the years and has since extended his trust by expressing how his attachment and association to Toyota Brand is unshakable.

I loved the Reverse Camera, the Led lights and the Color, most people will think its grey yet its Avant – Guard Bronze Metalic. Do you know how safe I feel reversing with an aid of a Camera? This is an upgrade for sure. I am a Toyota Believer and always appreciate the constant communication coupled with the the after sale service.
